John has an ability to inject a bit of rational calm into what tends to be knee jerk panic when our IT and computer stuff goes funky. He certainly knows what he is talking about and has made many recommendations which we are slowly implementing. But above all else he responds quickly and confidently which is exactly why use him exclusively.

I have worked with Pallas for many years now and I rely totally on John to ensure our Apple products are in tip top condition and work perfectly. I am able to speak to John when I am not sure about my machines and he will either fix the problem there and then on the telephone or be over to my office within 24 hours, but in most cases the same day. Not having my own IT department I view the services provided by Pallas as my own personnel team looking after all of my Apple products and I couldn't wish for a better service from any other consultant. My challenge was to set up a network of two iMacs running Mac OS and virtual Windows and three conventional Windows PCs. Despite some initial problems with an existing "dodgy" Windows PC the network was soon up and running. 15 years later I still use Pallas to maintain the system and shall do for the foreseeable future.
